Sr. Associate, Sales Account Management

El KAM es responsable de la planificación, coordinación y ejecución de un plan integrado de negocios (Ventas, Category Management, Finanzas, Logística) para los clientes asignados del Canal Tradicional, a fin de lograr los objetivos de ventas, cobranzas, rentabilidad, market shares, e indicadores claves de gestión.
**Principales responsabilidades**:
- Preparar el plan de negocios de su porfolio de clientes y efectuar el seguimiento mensual para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
- Garantizar los recursos asignados para la cuenta, maximizando los resultados financieros y logrando una mayor rentabilidad en el negocio.
- Asegurar la implementación de actividades negociadas y su implementación.
- Visitar semanalmente a sus clientes y puntos de venta claves del mercado en la zona / canal asignado
- Generar y mantener una relación colaborativa con sus clientes directos, sumando valor al negocio conjunto
**Requisitos**:
- Estudios universitarios completos de carreras como Administración de Empresas, Contador, Comunicación o afines (no excluyente).
- 2 años de experiência mínima en roles comerciales, de marketing o similares preferentemente dentro de la industria de Consumo Masivo.
- Inglés Nível First Certificate.
- Microsoft Office Avanzado.
- Movilidad propia (excluyente).
- Buenas relaciones interpersonales a todo nível.
- Capacidad de negociación.
- Perfil Comercial.
- Disponibilidad para atender clientes en interior del País con visitas semanales.
