KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Posting journal entries

Preparation of account reconciliations and updating financial statements

Maintaining accounts receivable while supporting cash transaction and maintaining cashflow

Reconciling bank statement and maintaining accounts payable

Support the billing and accounts payable functions with analysis and data entry

Contacting clients and vendors as needed

Doing analysis and interacting with internal and external clients

Preparing financial reports

Big 3 (PwC, KPMG, Deloitte) experience

Be able to provide proof of strong University grades

Having a CPA designation is required

Having an MBA is a plus.

RESPONSABILIDADES

Publicación de asientos de diario

Elaboración de conciliaciones de cuentas y actualización de estados financieros

Mantener cuentas por cobrar mientras se respaldan las transacciones en efectivo y se mantiene el flujo de caja

Conciliación de extractos bancarios y mantenimiento de cuentas por pagar

Apoye las funciones de facturación y cuentas por pagar con análisis e ingreso de datos

Ponerse en contacto con clientes y proveedores según sea necesario

Hacer análisis e interactuar con clientes internos y externos.

Preparación de informes financieros

ESPECIFICACIÓN DE LA PERSONA

Experiência, Habilidades y Calificaciones:
Experiência en las 3 Grandes (PwC, KPMG, Deloitte)

Ser capaz de proporcionar prueba de calificaciones universitarias sólidas

Se requiere tener una designación de CPA

Debe ser competente en las aplicaciones NetSuite y MS (especialmente Excel)

Tener un MBA es un plus.
