Cmdb Reporting Consultant

We are searching for a data analyst experienced Senior IT Program & Project Manager who can effectively play the quarterback role for a portfolio of infrastructure and software projects that impact our global footprint.
The role will report to the Head of Engineering and will have a dotted line to the Head of PMO.The position will involve collaborating with senior management and all levels of engineering staff to create reports and validate all data sources.

**Essential Duties**:
Review CMDB data sources and determine areas of data cleanup
Experience creating reports in ServiceNow, Axonius or Tanium
Create monthly KPI reports for Infrastructure teams
Experience exporting and manipulating data

**Requisitos**:
Minimum 2 years of data analysis directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified above
Experience creating complex presentations for senior management
Experience with creating and report KPIs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to make difficult decisions in relation to data and to involve others sufficiently in the decision-making process
Ability to think creatively and connect across diverse points of information
Excellent results orientation and customer/user experience focus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills to easily convey complex ideas to Executives and Individual Contributors
Experience in defining and improving processes
Advanced level of English (it will be evaluated)
Education & Insurance Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field, or equivalent technical education in a directly related area
Knowledge of Insurance and Reinsurance a plus
