**What is this position about?**
- Prepare, analyze, and ensure compliance for financial statements, including global consolidation, international collaboration, and meticulous management of intercompany accounting and transfer pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with Finance and department heads to develop and monitor budgets.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls, including conducting regular audits to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with established policies.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance, while also monitoring and analyzing variances between actual and forecasted cash flows.
- Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance team.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits, addressing audit queries and ensuring the timely completion of audit processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies, and implement changes to enhance the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations, working collaboratively with external tax advisors to optimize the firm's tax position.
- Partner with business leaders to provide insightful financial analysis to help drive the business

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience in a professional services, technology or data analytics firm is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
