**What’s the opportunity?**
- We are looking for an Administration Leader based in Uruguay to join our Admin & Control team who will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all the activities of the team and working closely with the rest of the teams of the company._

**What will I be doing?**:

- Lead the Administration Team of dLocal.
- Coordinate and supervise all team activities: invoicing to customers, intercompany invoicing, purchases process, travel & entertainment, AP/AR monitor and controls, and other ad-hoc activities related to the administration area.
- Ensure the controls to comply with SOX requirements in relation to all the processes under responsibility of the administration team.
- Lead the participation in the accounting closing process.
- Work closely with other teams of the company in order to support teams in the acquisitions and suppliers issues.
- Negotiate expenses with suppliers, propose strategic projects in order to minimize costs, etc.

**What skills do I need?**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar fields.
- Strong experience in the Administration area in multinational companies.
- Leadership skills to be a referent in the Administration Team and the company.
- Capable of developing relationships with teams in the company at a different level, in different Regions.
- Ability to adapt to change quickly to different projects and priorities of the Company.
- High attention to detail, well organized, and excellent analytical skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and confident.
- Advanced/Fluent English.
