**Requisitos**:
**Acerca del proyecto**
- COO para rocketlab, empresa farmaeutica estadounidense. Se busca COO con sólida experiência en liderazgo y estrategia, para dirigir la sección de Digital Marketing. Dirigirá el área de Marketing Digital y colaborará con el resto del equipo directivo.

El ambiente es dinámico a nível Stat-up por lo que la experiência dentro de este tipo de ambientes es imprescindible, junto con dirección y crecimiento de equipos.

Preferencia de localización en Uruguay, y de no ser así podrá extenderse a todo latam. Conosur: posibilidad de viajar al menos una vez al mes a Uruguay. Zona nórdica de latam con apertura a reubicarse.

**Responsabilidades**
- Dirigir el equipo y área de Marketing Digital en directa relación con el resto del equipo directivo de diversas áreas
- Liderar de manera estratégica el marketing digital de los productos de la compañía

- Sólida y extensa experiência en Marketing Digital y operaciones de expansión a lo largo del conosur
- Fuerte experiência de liderazgo, administración, capacitación y crecimiento de equipos de trabajo
- Experiência y aptitudes de liderazgo y estrategia de trabajo en equipo en relación al marketing del producto
- Perfil de trabajo de una start-up, con el dinamismo y crecimiento que conlleva. Fuera de la caja de estructura corporativa.
- Disponibilidad para viajar una vez al mes o reubicarse de acuerdo a su actual residencia (excepto Uruguay)
