**Your role**
- Are you detail-oriented multitasker? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly?
- We are looking for a part-time receptionist to help with the following:
- organize internal events
- search for suppliers
- support office administration, ordering supplies and managing conference logistics
- organize and manage office lunch and learn meetings
- provide backup administrative support as needed

**Your team**
- You will be working in the Montevideo office and play an important role in the region working closely with colleagues, clients and senior management.

**Your expertise**
- Marketing, Event Organization course or similar
- knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel)
- attention to detail, organized and able to multitask
- comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- adaptable with a positive attitude
