Team Description

The Sabre Hospitality team is looking to hire a Project Manager for their Client Services team You will manage the implementations by supporting our clients through successful migrations of our Customer Reservation System product.
- Role and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a central point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders providing oversight and management of client implementations-
- Manage client roadmaps to ensure all projects are delivered on time while navigating roadblocks and anticipating client needs-
- Partner with internal Planning, Delivery & Support Teams to improve internal processes while focusing on delivering best-in-class quality-
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing client projects-
- Present project status updates to executives (internally and externally) and stakeholders with ease-
- Identify and communicate Knows when to escalate client issues or internal program/project issues to upper management or executivesWhat's in it for you?

- Qualifications and Education Requirements:

- Must Have Skills:
- Minimum 1-3 years project management experience or equivalent in hospitality industry-
- Minimum 1 year of direct client interface requiredStrong analytical and decision making skills-
- Ability to work across multiple projects using prioritization-
- Familiar with basic functions of project scheduling software-
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in order to interface at project team levelHave an interest and passion for cutting-edge technology in the hospitality industry-
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or equivalent-
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English-
- Portuguese language skills is a plus- Nice to Have Skills:
- Master’s degree or equivalent-
- Has experience overseeing digital projects including the design and development of new websites-
- Proficiency in Salesforce-
