As a Project Manager in our company you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your project management skills, and will be responsible for driving the implementation work for several clients. You will collaborate with both external clients and our internal teams to create project plans, set timelines and drive the implementation work. You will deliver an unsurpassed client experience while ensuring the success of our clients’ implementations. You will be the client’s main point of contact and act as a liaison between all team members working with a client. You will be ultimately responsible for ensuring the client has a successful implementation.

**Who we are**

We originally started as a two-man team after working at Oracle and Amazon as software engineers. Today, we're a thriving collective of 20+ professionals. Our primary focus is the design and development of cloud-connected web and mobile products, and we collaborate closely with our clients and partners.

Our approach is flexible and closely aligned with the goals of the customer. Our clients and partners have direct access to our leadership team, plus a designated Technical Manager who is responsible for making sure we thoroughly understand client expectations and deliver against them.

We’re a global team that’s tightly knit and passionate about learning and creating innovative digital products for our clients. Our purpose and values drive our company, and we make sure our clients feel they're working with their own in-house team.

**What are the general responsibilities of the position?**

While managing your client projects, you will work collaboratively with the client and internal partners to ensure the implementation is a success.
- Create a thorough project plan and timeline to help the client and internal partners know expectations and due dates.
- Ensure the client understands key deliverables and milestones and is committed to the project
- Track and document the client’s progression through implementation and ensure all stakeholders have the information they need.
- Act as the client’s main resource providing ongoing check-in meetings and finding answers to any questions the client may have.
- First point of contact for Client’s escalations
- Lead the client and prepare them for the positive change.
- Collaborate with all internal partners including other team members.
- Participate in continued process improvement while working in a highly collaborative and team focused environment.
- Typically works on projects within the parameters of standard implementation processes as defined by project management leaders
- Generally, will work with small to mid-sized clients
- Experience prioritizing issues and maintaining multiple detailed projects simultaneously using good time management
- Technical aptitude and ability to clearly communicate known issues
- Thrive in a fast-paced team environment where you are a self-starter
- Logical, analytical and detail oriented
- Highly organized with exceptional follow through
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English plus strong presentation skills
