**Your role**:
As a Senior Project Manager within the Life Science Information Technology team, you will manage the preparation and execution of global and strategic IT projects in support of the Life Science Manufacturing Business. The projects in scope are typically of a complex nature and will involve a number of international stakeholders within different functions and levels. You will contribute to the execution of the ITstrategy and will support the development of strategic initiatives, thus preparing the sites within the area for future business.

The Manufacturing area you will support is comprised of multiple international sites. The position is located in LATAM - in either Mexico or Montevideo, Uruguay.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Perform functional analysis of solutions as part of developing the initial requirements
- Develop a detailed work breakdown and project plan to monitor and track progress
- Successfully manage the relationship with the project customer and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Develop clear roles and responsibilities across project teams
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Projects to be managed using corporate tools and processes
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage and control the budget of the projects, and the project tracking in PPMC
- Effective handover of IT solutions to the operations teams
- Perform all Business Facing relationship functions as required

**Who you are**:

- You have a BS degree and are PMP certified
- GxP skills and trainings required
- You have extensive manufacturing experience from an IT perspective
- You are fluent in English
- You have >8 years of professional experience
- You have significant skills and experience in project management and a history of successfully executed projects
- You have excellent communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations
- You can set up appropriate project teams and set realistic and challenging objectives
- You can analyze complex situations to develop solutions
- You are inclusive by nature and respectful of diversity within the organization
