En CONTRACT WORKPLACES, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Project Manager para nuestra oficina en Montevideo, Uruguay.

¿Cuál sería tu foco?
- Relevar e identificar las necesidades del cliente para ofrecer una solución acorde a las mismas, aplicando la estrategia comercial definida.
- Consolidarse como interlocutor válido con el cliente y mantener el vínculo, generando relaciones a largo plazo.
- Activar y realizar el seguimiento de las acciones necesarias, en base a la metodología y procesos definidos, para cumplir con lo comprometido con el cliente.
- Coordinar al equipo de trabajo en un ambiente de consensos y buen clima laboral que propicie la calidad y productividad en pos de los objetivos de la empresa.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

Que te adaptes a los cambios del negocio y del entorno, que trabajes en equipo, nos ayudes a nutrir nuestros valores y a continuar creciendo en un excelente clima de trabajo.
- Seas Arquitecto/a.
- Tengas al menos 5 años experiência en coordinación de proyectos de nuestro rubro o similar y contacto con clientes.

y sería mejor aún si
- Tienes estudios de posgrado o especialización en Project Management.

?- Sepas leer, escribir y hablar en inglés a un nível avanzado.
