**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the focal point for assigned customers, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Lead demand planning operations in collaboration with customers.
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Organize and plan project tasks, schedules, and resources in coordination with development teams and Software Development Managers.
- Conduct project kick-off meetings when required.
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and key participants.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Work closely with Business Analysts to analyze requirements and provide accurate estimates.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of project status reports.
- Ensure automated delivery of project components.
- Supervise homologation processes and compliance mandates handled by Business Analysts.
- Participate in weekly follow-up sessions with customers to review progress and address concerns.
- Provide on-call support as needed to address urgent project or customer issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with software development teams and technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with compliance and homologation processes is a plus.
- Comfortable with customer-facing responsibilities and on-call support.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
- Experience in software or technology-driven environments.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
