**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic **Sales Account Specialist** to join our team. He/she will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales, and fostering strong relationships with customers, while also dentifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within existing customer accounts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through regular communication and relationship-building
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to optimize sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track customer interactions and sales activities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and motivate team members
- Proficient in business development strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to understand complex products/services
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Language proficiency in English: C1 and above
