**Dentro de las tareas que desarrollarás se encuentran**:

- Llevar adelante los procesos de reclutamiento dentro de la organización que le sean asignados.
- Mantener comunicación constante con los diferentes Stakeholders, referentes técnicos y managers del grupo.
- Asegurar las mejores prácticas de selección con el fin de mantener la calidad en nuestros procesos.
- Atraer y seleccionar a los mejores talentos dentro del rubro tecnología a través de un proceso dinámico y eficiente.
- Entre otras tareas inherentes a la posición.

**Es importante que**:

- Te guste trabajar en un ambiente multidisciplinario.
- Tengas experiência en procesos de reclutamiento IT así como en plataformas de reclutamiento.
- Manejes un nível de inglés avanzado.
- Que mantengas un buen nível de comunicación.
- Te guste trabajar en equipo.
- Que impulses buenas prácticas y sientas pasión por aprender.
- Tengas buen nível de organización y seas una persona colaborativa.
