**Globant Talent Day**, an on-site selection process in which our HR and IT teams will tell you about our culture, type of projects, career opportunities, among many other interesting things. Our Talent Day has 2 evaluation instances in which you will meet a Recruiter and a Technical interviewer so we can get to know each other even better.
