**Job Description**:

- Identify cost reduction opportunities related to corporate vendor expenses.
- Provide analysis that reflect trade offs between various value creation opportunities to identify optimal cost reduction opportunities related to corporate vendor expenses under a Total Cost of Ownership methodology.
- Progressively learn to negotiate contracts with third parties, ensuring the company standard terms are agreed upon and the company's interests are protected.
- Draft commercial terms for contracts for goods and services.
- Ensure each corporate vendor goes through Altisource's standard compliance and registration processes.
- Assist with vendor set-up coordination process.

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate student of International relations, administration or related field.
- Bilingual English-Spanish command.
- Analytical skills.
- Team work oriented
