Al integrarte a nuestro Customer Experience and Support tu misión será analizar el perfomance y la consistencia de datos para mejorar la experiência de usuarios de nuestros productos y soluciones siendo verdadero protagonista de éxito

**Tu día a día en Topaz**

Realizarás tareas de soporte Nível 2 y Nível 3 de instalaciones actuales.

Analizarás y gestionar la problemática reportada por diversos clientes del sector financiero en distintas aplicaciones

Harás análisis de comportamiento y causa-raíz. Realizar validaciones y resolución de back.

Trabajarás con un lenguaje de alto nível 4GL.

Analizarás el perfomance y la consistencia de datos

Mejorarás la experiência de usuario (UX).

Realizarás el testing y elaboración de documentación técnica.

Aplicarás principios de diseño y buenas prácticas de programación en general
**¿Qué necesitas conocer para ser parte de Topaz?**

Estudiantes avanzados en carreras de Informática, preferentemente Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Sistemas.

Experiência en las siguientes tecnologías: Java, HTML5, CSS, Servicios REST /POST/ SOAP, SQL /ORACLE, Jasper, Kettle. (deseable).

Conocimientos de patrones de diseño y experiência de usuario.

Contar con conocimientos de Git.

Se valorará conocimientos de Mobile (desarrollo android).

Se valorará conocimientos del negocio financiero /contable.

Experiência de trabajo con SLA (acuerdo de níveles de servicios) (deseable)

Inglés técnico intermedio y portugués (deseable).

Capacidad analítica, proactividad, orientación al cliente y trabajo en equipo
