Our Client is in the luxury travel industry and offers personalized, high-end travel experiences to a global clientele. **Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage remote teams effectively, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
- Oversee property management operations, ensuring they meet client's luxury standards and client expectations.
- Implement and refine processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction.
- Exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving, anticipating challenges and developing innovative solutions.
- Drive entrepreneurial initiatives within the team, encouraging creativity and the exploration of new opportunities to enhance the travel experience.
- Maintain open and effective communication, demonstrating strong leadership and soft skills to motivate and guide the team.
- Ensure the team's actions align with client's mission and values, contributing to the company's growth and reputation in the luxury travel market.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing remote teams and property management.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Process-oriented with a keen eye for detail and the ability to streamline operations for peak efficiency.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, with the capability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Excellent command of the English language, coupled with superior communication and soft skills.
- Proactive, with a demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and act decisively.
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

**Benefits**:

- Salary Range: 1500 USD -1750 USD per month.
