**What you’ll be doing**
- Provide counsel and guidance on team structure, onboarding, performance evaluation, engagement, and other People related topics to team Managers.
- Perform the onboarding process and develop more initiatives for a better experience.
- Follow the 360 performance cycle steps and guide team managers with the process, including the creation and follow-up of individual goals and high performers' career paths.
- Follow the Employee experience/life cycle initiatives and develop more initiatives for a better experience.
- Develop L&D plans for focused groups and individuals.
- Drive offboarding analysis and interviews.
- Ensure the People database is accurate to the team structures and constantly updated.
- Ensure the local payroll cycle and labor regulations alignment.
**What you'll need**
- +5 years of experience in People/HR
- Experience as a Business Partner, emphasizing Manager coaching, L&D, and Employee Experience.
- Labor Law and payroll regulations knowledge.
- Experience in the Tech industry will be considered a Plus.
- Advanced English is essential, and Portuguese will be considered a plus.
