- Job Description-
- Duties:
- Drives priority discussions with stakeholders and effectively communicates status updates to team leaders and business stakeholders.
- Delineates requirements to solve complex business problems using different technologies and systems across multiple functional domains on high-profile and/or mission-critical efforts and projects.
- Translates business requirements into systeM/Functional requirements used by technical (Analytics and Data Science) teams to develop high-value operational and business analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Creates process engineering and/or business assessments to ensure appropriate design, development, or reengineering of solutions.
- Applies user experience best practices to transform data into high-value information presented via intuitive and easy-to-use tools.
- Provides project management support to team Manager, Director, and Project Coordinators as required.

Job Requirements- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, to serve as a lead conduit between internal stakeholders and developers, architects, and designers.
- Strong skill and experience analyzing data sets of all sizes.
- Proactive in taking ownership of issues and driving to resolution.
- Capability to support or manage several projects, running concurrently and supporting and/or driving on-time delivery.
- Solid Business Intelligence solutions experience (Qlik Sense -preferred-, Tableau, Cognos, Looker, MS Power BI or similar)
- Strong SQL and/or relational database knowledge
- Ability to work on several projects at the same time
- Good “Problem Solver”
- Willingness to learn and learn quickly.
- Ability to adjust to changes.
- Strong team player.
- Must be responsive and conscientious in their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Knowledge of the following is preferred, not required:
- Google Cloud Platform tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Tableau, Cognos, Looker and PowerBI
- Data science
