- **Your role at Exness**:The Key Account Manager is responsible to lead and manage a team of junior sales account managers for the purpose of building, maintaining, and growing a portfolio of retail clients and partners for the assigned region/country by increasing their number, lifetime, and value to the company.

**You will**:

- Lead and manage a team of account managers under supervision of the country manager.
- Build and manage a portfolio of HV clients/partners, by acquiring new and growing existing ones.
- Act as the primary point of contact between HV clients/partners and Exness.
- Handle HV clients/partners relationships and coordinate issue resolution.
- Develop a deep understanding of the industry, the respective market & competitive analysis.
- Understand the partner business activities and HV clients' needs.
- Ensure compliance and adherence to Exness business, regulatory and brand guidelines.
- Participate in the related industry and HV clients/partners events.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales/account management experience directly from the industry, ideally with experience in managing a team.
- As this role is to be part of the commercial team, a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets is mandatory.
- Fluent in English & Portuguese is mandatory; any other language will be considered an advantage.
- Have excellent organizational and analytical skills (including attention to detail).
