**We are looking for**:
An experienced, self-directed and highly motivated **CONTROLLER.** You will be responsible to lead the activities of Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis and Budget planning of two group companies and you will report directly to the CFO. Additionally, you will be the link with our advisors for the fiscal matters of the companies as well as support in the audit processes, implementation of improvements, change of the ERP and M&A processes.
This search is oriented towards Public Accountant graduates. Although a good education is valued, having an advanced level of English is a mandatory requirement.

**You must be able to**:
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports including P&L and Balance Sheet.
- Work closely with a cross-department team to implement and maximize usage of an ERP system to ensure that the company has best in class information and reporting capabilities.
- Controller will be responsible for ensuring the development of a scalable infrastructure to support a dynamic, growing company.
- Manage relationships with audit firms, tax advisors and banks
- Manage the accounting close processes and consolidations to deadlin

**Required skills**:
- Bachelor´s degree in Accounting
- At least 5 years of progressive experience with demonstrated ability in Accounting & Finance
- Proven experience in Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis and Budget planning.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specific to Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Fluent in English is a must
- Work as a part of a team in a dynamic work environment
- Excellent attention to detail, impeccable accuracy, and strong organizational skills
