Implementation and Fulfillment Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Process new customer and replacement hardware orders through Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Build out organizations and accounts for new customers via UPshow’s backend tool, including but not limited setting up custom features
- Utilize various Salesforce Sales Cloud queues to process account cancellations and deprovision replacement devices
- Proactively monitor new customer accounts via Salesforce and report on device statuses via backend tools
- Process hardware returns (Chicago only) and test new or potential hardware
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Customer Success to understand rollout schedules and requirements for Enterprise Customers
- Manage and update hardware SKUs and unique custom product kits internally and with our 3rd party warehouse team
- Troubleshoot order escalations internally and with our 3rd party warehouse team
**Qualifications**
**Basic Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Must reside in the Chicagoland or Montevideo, UY area and be willing to come into the office twice a week
- Knowledge of AV systems and interest in technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Focused, confident, self-starter with a positive attitude
- Energized and excited by working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
**Preferred Skills and Experience**:
- Fluent in English
- Experience working for a SaaS organization
- Knowledge of Salesforce and GraphQL

Retailers choose from available templates and content in UPshow’s library and create their own offers and marketing messages to display in harmony with entertaining content.

As examples, Buffalo Wild Wings uses UPshow to operate their own BWW-branded “OT Channel”. Burger King uses UPshow to operate the BK-branded “KingBoard”. UPshow technology allows brands to create integrated TV-to-mobile activation experiences that drive new behaviors and commerce inside of their venues. The platform’s analytics display and measure the usage and ROI of all the content and interactive offers on these retailer-owned networks.
Through UPshow, retailers are learning that controlling their own networks in this way can be more valuable than using traditional linear TV or regular digital signage, by driving increased business results.
