**Job Type**: Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring and tracking the development and fulfillment of operations, from nomination to final billing.
- Uploading information into the internal system for operations tracking.
- Frequent contact with operations teams in assigned countries.
- Compilation and monitoring of weekly reports.
- Analysis of relevant information for decision-making in the department and implementation of improvement actions.
- Assist in the drafting of commercial offers when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced skills in Excel (must have).
- Fluent English (must have)
- Analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Able to research and resolve issues
- Prior experience in Oil & Gas / Agri business is a plus
