Asistir al área de Facilities & General Services con la administración y coordinación de Soft & Hard Services en edificio del cliente.
Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Facilities Assistant para unirse a nuestro equipo:
**Zona de trabajo**: Aguada y Buceo, Montevideo

**Horario de trabajo**: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hs.

**Modalidad de trabajo**: Presencial

**Tipo de contratación**: Tiempo indeterminado

¿Cuál es tu día a día?
Trabajar en conjunto con el Facility Coordinator en las actividades diarias.

Coordinación y control de Soft Services en el sitio (Limpieza, Insumos en Print Points, Máquinas de Café, Control de Plagas).

Coordinación de envío y control de documentación legal de proveedores para ingreso al sitio.

Tareas en software de ERP, Solicitud de Pedidos, seguimiento de órdenes de compra y liberación, certificaciones.

Atención de reclamos de clientes internos.

Gestión de visitas.
Gestión integral de los servicios internos (cadetería, catering, papelería, compra de insumos).
Gestión, control y seguimiento de los mantenimientos programados y correctivos del site (bajo la responsabilidad del área de Facilities).
Realizar las altas y bajas de tarjetas de acceso a los sites.
Tareas administrativas generales de los servicios gestionados.

Experiência y habilidades técnicas deseadas
Mínimo 2 años en tareas de gestión y administrativas.

Atención al cliente interno, entregando resultados.

Estudiante o graduado de carrera universitaria vinculada a la gestión empresarial. Deseable.

**Conocimientos avanzados en paquete de herramientas Office**: Es valorado.

**Inglés**: intermedio es valorado.

Conocimientos de SAP es valorado.
