The Challenge:
This is a service delivery role that is client-facing, requiring both technical and communication skills.
You will be responsible for the entire testing cycle of the project, including research, design, execution of activities and generation of reports, according to the established processes, ensuring quality and adjustment of the development to the requirements.
You will be part of a great team that seeks to make an impact on our clients' business through what we do best: create creative, professional, and dynamic websites.
In your day-to-day, you will be working with teams from all over the world, using agile methodologies and promoting the implementation of best practices at a technological level.
The Role
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, including test cases. Estimate its duration.
- Carry out and control the tests to guarantee the quality of the delivered system as well as the fulfillment of the client's requirements.
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform extensive regression testing when errors are resolved.
- Perform stress tests.
- Generate quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
- Interact frequently with clients
- Communicate confidently and actively with customers throughout the project life cycle.
- Manage customer expectations appropriately and keep projects on schedule and within the scope.
**Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in Quality Assurance.
- Language proficiency - English.
- Experience working with accessibility.
- Experiece with API testing and Postman.
- Previous experience working with AEM or any other CMS (Wordpress or Drupal) is valued.
- Must be proactive, responsive, professional, and dedicated to customer success.
- Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a great teammate, and manage change effectively.
