We are seeking an experienced Fund Control Associate to join our team in Uruguay. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with construction management software, collaborating with teams across the globe, and delivering exceptional customer service.
About the JobThis exciting opportunity involves working closely with internal and external clients to ensure the efficient flow of work in the department. As a Fund Control Associate, you will be responsible for generating draw status notifications, monitoring service level agreements, and performing analysis on proposed construction projects.
You will also review underwriting materials, assess viability of contractors and projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities- Generate draw status notifications for primary contacts
- Monitor service level agreements to ensure contractual turn times are met
- Analyze proposed construction projects and review contractor qualifications
- Review underwriting materials to assess project viability
- Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external clients
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience with construction management software
- The highest level of customer service and communication skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be extremely organized, and have great problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
We offer a competitive salary range of $13,000-$15,000 USD per year, plus additional benefits including:
