Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Internal Audit Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Treasury team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective internal controls for cash management activities. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Design and conduct effectiveness assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimize internal controls.
- Provide recommendations on control design and documentation requirements to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Evaluate the impact of new processes, systems, and organizational changes on internal controls.
- Monitor and report control deficiencies, working closely with management to ensure timely remediation.
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA and/or CIA certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in external and/or internal audit positions, preferably in Big Four audit firms, multinational companies, or Fintech/Payments/Tech industry companies.
- Knowledge of SOX and Corporate Governance principles, as well as risk management and internal audit standards.
- Advanced/Fluent English language skills.
- Experience with data analytics, Python, and CAAT software is a plus.
