Expert Airline Fares Support Specialist

Sabre, a leading technology company in the travel industry, is seeking a skilled Technical Product Support Specialist III to join its Professional Services Consulting & Support organization.
The team, responsible for Offers, Pricing and Revenue Management, requires a Contributor Pricing Business Analyst with experience in the Global Distribution System and/or the travel industry.
As a Technical Product Support Specialist III, your primary duties will involve delivering high-quality support to Airlines and Agency customers with issues related to Pricing, Shopping, Taxes, Currency, Ancillaries, and revenue generator products such as Agency Retailer, Agency Managed Commission, Direct Fares Filing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing specialized Pricing, Shopping, and Fares support to Sabre customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Analyzing mid-to-high complexity level air fares related issues in real-time and certification environments using diagnostics and database visualization tools.
- Highlighting the priority of required system fixes based on financial impact and system usability.
- Safeguarding Sabre's Fare Guarantee Policy by conducting timely and thorough Agency Debit Memo research.
- Supporting development and marketing staff with functionality questions, testing issues, training on new products, and delivery planning aspects for the deployment of services or products.
- Tracking and escalating problems to other technical levels and teams.
To excel in this role, you will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work under minimal supervision. Previous experience in the travel industry and knowledge of the Global Distribution System are preferred, as well as basic understanding of Sabre APIs.
