About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of big data, with the ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from databases independently. They should be able to manage projects with minimal supervision and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including Producers, Designers, and Engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze game data to build automated reports and collaborate with the Analytics team to obtain necessary insights for managing game metrics
  • Oversee game sales, CRM programs, seasonal content, economy, and user traffic to drive revenue growth and retention
  • Work closely with game teams to identify, test, and measure high-impact product changes that positively affect revenue, reach, and retention
  • Identify tools and capabilities needed by Jam City and work with technical teams to develop, refine, and improve our tools
  • Use game metrics to inform hypotheses and create experiments with clear, measurable success goals
  • Effectively communicate relevant KPIs and updates to key stakeholders in a timely manner
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in games and mobile app product management
  • A suitable personality for a rapidly evolving startup environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage complete projects from concept to completion
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to derive conclusions from data and clearly communicate findings
  • Experience writing SQL queries for analysis
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for all things games
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with benefits such as professional development opportunities, flexibility, and a dynamic work environment.
