Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with Integer's core values and adhere to all safety, environmental, security, and quality standards, including regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the comprehensive management and execution of various projects, ensuring they are accurately set up in the ERP system, forecasted, and tracked financially in line with established standards.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects within budget, meeting key performance indicators and managing any issues or changes effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to guide product development and engineering projects from inception to successful implementation.
  • Prepare and monitor master project plans, budgets, specifications, and schedules, providing regular status updates as necessary.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators to govern project execution and provide leadership to project teams.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for project-related matters, participating in status meetings and providing updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the Program Management Office, sharing best practices across the organization.
  • Coordinate planning and communication with various functions related to project initiatives.
  • Address and resolve any issues or risks associated with assigned projects to safeguard the interests of clients and the organization.
  • Support the commercial team in evaluating new opportunities and quote development.
  • Engage with and ensure adherence to relevant development processes.
  • Provide mentorship and training to team members as needed.
  • May oversee a small team of engineers or technicians, supporting their professional development.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred. A Master's degree in a business or technical discipline is a plus. Project/Program Management certification from an accredited institution is desirable.
  • Minimum Experience: At least 7 years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a regulated environment such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals, and 3 years in a project management role leading multiple projects.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Special Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, coach effectively, and apply advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with FDA, ISO, and other quality and regulatory requirements related to product development. Experience with manufacturing processes in medical components is preferred. Willingness to travel as needed.
