About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant to join our Research and Innovation Center (RIC) team at WTW. As a Research Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our research and consulting projects, working closely with our research associates and consultants to develop new databases, analyze data, and provide insights to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data to support research projects
  • Assist research associates in their ongoing research and development projects
  • Provide information and support to consultants as part of our internal service lines
