We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented students of Business Administration or Accounting to join our Accounts Payable team at Altisource.
The AP Team processes a high volume of payments, and the Analysts ensure that each release complies with both budgetary and regulatory policies.
Responsibilities include:
- Invoice review and approval in accordance with established Service Level Agreements.
- Vendor Master List review and update to ensure accuracy.
- Liaising with various stakeholders to obtain approvals when necessary (Vendor Management, Business Units, and Vendors).
- Conducting control checks with Treasury and Accounting to ensure compliance.
- Corresponding with vendors and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assisting with special projects as required.
Requirements:
- Entry-level students of Business Administration, Accounting, or similar business-related degrees.
- Bilingual English-Spanish speaking and writing skills.
- Strong customer service focus and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Effective time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
