About the Role

The LAC Payroll team at Sabre is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to join their team. As a Payroll Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with various LAC countries and People teams across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for LAC countries, including taxes and payroll reporting in a multi-site and high-volume environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management.
  • Perform a wide variety of administrative payroll-related tasks and payroll processing activities.
  • Ensure payroll is processed with speed and accuracy.
  • Load BPS changes, including sick insurance, maternity, paternity, children's deduction, and other deductions for income tax purposes.
  • Maintain bank accounts and provide reporting support.
  • Answer employee questions about salaries and tax, escalating non-routine inquiries and issues to other Payroll Analysts.
  • Research employee and organizational data within the company and perform other general support and administrative functions as needed.
  • Assist with related special projects as required.

Requirements

  • Studies in Administration, Accountancy, or related education will be highly valued.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Payroll or administrative roles.
  • Advanced written and spoken English skills to understand and follow written and verbal English instructions.
  • Experience using Excel.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Customer Service skills and very good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Ownership of results and proactive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Teamwork.
