Campaign Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Developer to join our team at Blend360. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-quality campaigns that drive business results.

• Lead Campaign Development: Design and implement effective email campaigns that engage our audience and drive conversions.
• Data Preparation: Work closely with our data team to prepare and optimize data for campaign deployment.
• Campaign Execution: Monitor campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign attribution and performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing teams to gather requirements, validate data sources, and support campaign execution.
• Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to continuously improve email campaign performance.
• Email Template Development: Utilize HTML skills to create and modify email templates for various campaigns.
• Journey Builder Implementation: Assist in the implementation of Journey Builder to enhance customer engagement through personalized marketing.
• System Management: Support the management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and complementary technology systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with corporate regulations.
• Process Documentation: Document technical processes and marketing automation procedures for user adoption and knowledge sharing.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Advanced degree (MS) in Statistics, Math, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field preferred.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a related role, preferably as a campaign developer in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Skills: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and a strong understanding of email studio. Proficiency in A/B testing, HTML, and multivariate testing methodologies.
• Language: Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team.
