**Our Proposal**

Are you a driven leader in the software engineering industry looking to take the next step in your career? **Uruworks**, a team of 25 professionals based in Montevideo, is seeking a passionate** Project Manager** to join our team and oversee the development and maintenance of our innovative software products. Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for **ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.**

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented group of professionals, including engineers, product managers, and designers. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader passionate about making a difference in the world and looking for a challenging and rewarding role.

You will:

- Work closely with other teams and departments to ensure that software development is aligned with broader organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring that software products are delivered on time and within budget.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to ensure that software development is aligned with broader organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide technical leadership for developing software products, ensuring that they meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance.
- Work closely with the product management team to prioritize and manage the development roadmap.
- Promote code reviews, design reviews, and other technical forums to ensure that engineering best practices are followed.
- Manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.

**It can be a perfect match if you meet**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in **software engineerin**g**, with at least 4 years in** management roles such as Team Lead, Project Manager, Product Manager, Tech Lead, or similar.**:

- Experience with **agile development methodologies** and processes.
- Experience with **cloud-based platforms **such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with **SaaS** (Software as a Service) products.
- Strong **documentation skills** with the ability to create and maintain technical documentation, project plans, and other related materials.
- Experience with **testing & code quality practices**, such as CI/CD, unit/integration testing.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** and a proven track record of building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to **motivate and inspire team members**, encouraging them to achieve their goals and develop their skills.
- Experience **managing multiple scrum teams** and an engineering team of 15+
- Advanced **English skills**
