- 6 Months Contract

**THE CHALLENGE**:

- Build deep partnerships with hiring managers and teams across departments to understand business needs and team dynamics while providing high quality consultation on recruitment strategies and challenges
- Identify opportunity areas to improve speed to hire and quality of talent.
- Capable of delivering results in a fast-paced environment with high job requisition demand, with strong commitment to improving processes and time to hire
- Building a data driven approach to recruiting and aligning this globally

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Previous experience working within a Talent Acquisition function owning full-life cycle recruitment will be valued.
- Be able to use data to make informed decisions, adapt and improve processes.
- Able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment across multiple time zones
- Culturally sensitive and aware—we’re proudly multinational and our strength comes from the ability to leverage this diversity
- Fluency in English verbal and written.
