Talent Acquisition Executive Partner at BairesDev

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for learning about BairesDev’s overall needs and developing strategies for the identification and attraction of senior-level talent. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry

What You’ll Do:

- Develop innovative ways to raise the bar on how BairesDev recruits talent, brainstorming and executing new Talent Attraction strategies.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in non-technical recruitment.
- A process-oriented mindset, with a proven recruiting track record.
- Creative recruiting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal management, with outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Native/Bilingual English level.
