**About the job**

**Responsibilities**

- Coordinate background checks, employment verification, and other compliance screenings.

- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely processing of offers and pre-employment steps.

- Track the status of all pending offers, documentation, and background checks, providing updates to HR and Talent teams.

- Support process improvements for hiring workflows and compliance.

- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or talent operations preferred.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Familiarity with ATS systems, HR platforms, or background check tools is a plus.

- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
