**OX COMPLIANCE ANALYST**
We are seeking a **detail-oriented, results-driven individual with a passion for accounting and financial auditing**, as well as internal processes. This position is particularly suitable for students of **Economics or Administration** with a strong command of IT tools and a **high intermediate level of English (mandatory).**
**Responsabilities**:
- Perform testing of operating effectiveness of key internal controls over financial reporting.
- Assist management with the maintaining of control documentation (including narratives).
- Assist with preparation of SOX compliance status reporting, including write-up of deficiencies.
- Assist with research in planning for any new financial reporting requirements or system implementations, as necessary.
- Support post-merger integration of accounting/financial reporting processes and assist with integration of other functions, as necessary, as they relate to SOX Compliance.
- Assist with other compliance-related projects and priorities, as necessary.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with internal stakeholders.
**REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS**
- ** Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.**:
- CPA, CIA or equivalent professional designation preferred (in process acceptable).
- ** 1+ years relevant accounting/audit experience.**:
- Experience utilizing **finance/accounting systems,** Oracle (NetSuite) preferred.
- Strong **Excel skills and proficient with PowerPoint** and other MS tools.
- Experience with SOXHUB is preferred.
**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Atention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal (verbal and written).
- English Fluency IS A MUST
- Works well with others as a team player, and can work independently.
- Takes responsibility of assigned tasks.
