Sabre is looking to hire a Financial Analyst to join our team based in Zonamerica. This Semi-Senior analyst will make an impact by focusing on the FP&A side of our business.

Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis- Performing financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate potential business decisions- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for management- Collaborating with department heads to gather and analyze financial data for budgeting purposes- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights into trends and areas for improvement- Supporting the annual budgeting process and contributing to long-term financial planning- Evaluating the financial impact of various projects and initiatives- Assisting in the preparation of management reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders- Providing support in financial audits and compliance reviews- Staying updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards that may impact financial planning- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required or relevant education/experience- 2 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A for a U.S. company- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis- Excellent communication and presentation skills, executive presence- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment- Knowledge of industry best practices and accounting standards- Professional level of written & verbal English skills- SAP, Hyperion/Essbase knowledge is a plus
