**You are**
An advanced student or soon to graduate in Accounting with strong organizational and time-management skills, very keen to learn and put knowledge into practice, working closely with an experienced finance team.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the Finance Department
- Work collaboratively with Accounts Payable
- Opening new client information, complete forms and invoicing
- Enter and upload invoices into applicable systems
- Assist in collections as needed to maximize cash flow
- Assist in several administrative tasks
- Assists in special projects, ad hoc analysis and other requests from management
**Required skills**:
- Advanced student or soon to graduate in Accounting, top grades of qualifications is required
- Fluent in English advanced level
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specific to Excel
- Strong Google Suite skills
- Ability to have conversations with customers, co-workers and higher-level manager
