- We are looking for a Financial Operations Controlling Analyst to join our company.-
**What you will be doing**
- Download data, feed and classify databases, produce reports, and analyze their results; Meet deadlines guided by schedules and work with routines.
- Reconcile and control all company transactions, verifying outputs and inputs and whether they were correctly processed in our System;
- Identify and report operational and technical problems related to incorrectly approved (or not) transactions, assessing the risks they represent;
- Monitor the process until all differences and pending issues are resolved;
- Analyze and justify all transactions in bank or supplier accounts under your responsibility and provide supporting documentation;
- Work with a focus on internal transaction audit, maintaining previously defined standards and procedures;
- Work alongside other departments of the organization to improve processes, etc.;

**Requirements**:

- Advanced Excel skills with analytical ability and interpretation of formulas as well as new controls;
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills;
- Accounting bases, work and manipulations with accounting balances and reports
- Ability to manipulate large databases as well as compile and analyze this data by any means necessary.
- Work well in a team and under pressure;
- Self-management;
- Higher or complete education;
- You are action-oriented, with strong organization skills and attention to detail and you thrive in ambiguity;
- You excel in analytical thinking and problem solving;
- You have business proficiency in written and spoken English;
- It’s a plus: Audit experience and macro knowledge are considered differentials;
- Portuguese is a plus too
