We are looking for a talented **Operations Payments Analyst** to join our Operations team. The main aim is to ensure our operations run smoothly and all the processes are productive in all the markets we operate. Plus, the capacity for business analysis and finding new business opportunities.
**What you will be doing**:
- Formulate business strategy with others in the team.
- Implement efficient processes and standards.
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organisation.
- Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
- Take over daily tasks such as payments and reconciliations if needed.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ proven experience in Operations area and finance experience.
- Familiarity with all business functions including Legal, finance, supply chain, and IT.
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Advanced English required.
- Experience working within the payments industry is a big plus.
