**Join a Disruptive Startup**
RoverPass, a startup in the RV park and campground industry, is revolutionizing the way campgrounds and RV parks drive business. With a property management system and marketing services, they help campgrounds and RV parks attract more customers. As a small and hungry team, they're looking for hands-on individuals to join them.
**The Role**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and investment activities.
- Develop detailed financial projections and sensitivity analyses to support investment decisions.
- Analyze financial statements, industry trends, and economic data to provide insights into market conditions and investment opportunities.
- Ensure the organization's financial planning is healthy and profitable, achieving full financial control and sustainable growth aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a strategic business partner for the CEO and Director of Operations.
- Provide support to senior management and investors with financial analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial models, reporting tools, and analytical frameworks.
- Monitor and evaluate investment performance, track key performance indicators, and recommend improvements.
- Manage risk assessment and risk management strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- ** 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or a related field.**
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and financial analysis techniques.
- ** Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis.**
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or other data visualization software.
- ** At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst, CFO, finance officer, or relevant role.**
- Industry experience (Technology, SaaS, Marketplaces, etc).
- Ability to manage risk assessment and risk management strategies.
- Thrive in a startup culture: dealing with a fast pace, changing needs, and limited resources.
- Having experience with SaaS business models and their associated revenue recognition will be highly desirable.
- ** Proficiency in the English language.**
