PURPOSE STATEMENT

Working alongside a small team of dedicated inventory & pricing analysts, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of pricing strategies to maximize inventory usage for a given territory.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Develop and implement new and improved methodologies for inventory management and distribution.
- Extract and assess internal data providing detailed reports to identify inventory opportunities and highlight risks.
- Mitigate utilization risks via exchange allocation level adjustments and/or pricing adjustments.
- Produce analysis to ensure effective delivery of inventory management and pricing objectives, identifying solutions and escalation where necessary.
- Communicate the results of your work both verbally and written, with senior members of the team, own manager, and the wider global Revenue Management team.
- Have a bias for action with interest and strengths in competitive strategy and innovation.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and revenue driven.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, look ups, charts and formulas)
- Strong communicator and relationship building skills.
- Keen eye for detail
- Team player
- Self-motivated, Focussed, and highly organised.
- SQL knowledge and/or a statistical qualification
- Previous experience in a hotel or OTA environment would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in Revenue Management would be an advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferably educated to degree in Economics, Business administration or have previous experience in a pricing or revenue management environment.

English bilingual
