We are looking for a senior-level Business Analyst with enterprise experience to join our Innovation Team leading software products for industry-leading clients. Business Analysts at the enterprise level have transitioned in their career from a tactical, project-focused role to a creative, innovative role. They are directly responsible for confronting and capitalizing on change and complexity to help our clients forge ahead.
The Senior Business Analyst within the Enterprise is perfectly positioned to understand the needs of an organization, help it remain competitive, identify creative solutions to complex business problems, bring about innovation, and constantly add value for the customer and revenue to the bottom line. Their ability to navigate enterprise ecosystems enables them to gain requirements from key stakeholders, architecture, and UX. The Enterprise Business Analyst is an external-facing function that plays a key role in the ideation, development, marketing, selling, and support of a product.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Job responsibilities:_
- Analyze customer requirements and translate requirements into design specifications
- Work with technical team members to ensure design specifications are technically sound
- Coordinate and perform testing of new or modified system components
- Identify and document business, functional, or system requirements
- Identify, document, and prioritize business, functional, or system requirements
- Prepare training material
- Deliver training to business users

- Requirements:_

- Ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion
- Excellent client collaboration and team-building skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience in an enterprise product leadership role with product management and analytics skills

- Promotes information sharing
