**Responsibilities**:
The Business Analyst has the primary responsibility to gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of the business stakeholders.
- It also serves as the principal conduit for managing system requirements between the business and the software development team throughout the duration of a project.
- Define and document requirements.
- Analyze and prioritize requirements.
- Understand and write functional requirements. Also, able to identify nonfunctional requirements
- Establish and build relationships with the client’s stakeholder, through a deep understanding of the business domain and consultancy.
- Understand the market reasoning behind given requirements and ensure that the development team delivers according to global business goals and feature specifics.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced English level.
- Previous experience in a Business Analyst/Product Owner role - minimum 2 years.
- Experience with agile methodologies
- minimum 2 years.
- Client-facing experience - minimum 2 years.
- Good knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Very good negotiation skills.

**Desirable skills**:

- Ability to understand technical approaches/concerns.
- Certifications related to the Business Analyst/Product Owner role.
