Proration Engine (PE) is a web service tool which distributes the ticket revenue proportionately to all the coupons of a ticket based on the industry logic.

The Proration Engine process starts once a ticket is sold in the reservation system, data is pushed onto the Sabre Intelligence Exchange® (IX). IX converts the data into a request file which is then pushed into the PE system

Main responsibilities, accountabilities and tasks for this role will be:

- Work closely with customers, both remotely as well as on-site, to train, extract and define business requirements.
- Articulates Proration Business concepts and processes to the technical team.
- Works as part of and provides support to the technical team during development.
- Act as the lead interface with the customer, internal or external, regarding both support and deliverables.
- Documenting customer business requirements and ability to create technical flows.
- Testing and documenting new releases and/or new or change functionality in modules.
- Ensures that approved methods, processes, and tools are consistently used.

**Job Requirements**:

- 4+ years of exp in Business Analyst/ Product Owner
- Experience in Airline Industry
- Reservation/Ticketing knowledge
- Positive attitude and good social/communication skills
- Eagerness to learn new things
- Experience working in global teams
