**What is this position about?**
- Assist in the preparation of P&L forecasts for multiple business units.
- Compile and analyze all revenue inputs.
- Compile and analyze all labor and other cost inputs.
- Meet with business and finance leaders.
- Analyze forecast trends.
- Continually develop new techniques to aid in better, more efficient forecasting.
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets for multiple business units.
- Create Ad Hoc reports in NetSuite, OpenAir & Budgyt.
- Build insightful dashboards that provide visibility to management.
- Assist with ad hoc requests as needed to support M&A initiatives.
- Assist Controller and CFO with financial reports as needed.
- Author process documentation.
- Other duties as assigned, including annual financial audit.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Adaptability while working in a fast-changing and evolving organization.
- High levels of self-motivation, attention to detail, and integrity.
- NetSuite/Openair experience is a plus.
- Power BI experience is considered a nice to have.

Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must

**How much experience must I have?**

We're looking for someone with 2 to 4 years of experience in Accounting and Financial Management.
